Degree apprenticeships

Hello
I was looking for some advice on whether to apply for degree apprenticeships as someone who doesn't know what to be when in the future. I feel like going to university gives me time to think about what i want to do and doing a degree apprenticeship kind of locks me into already working a job when i don't even know if that's what i want to do long term. Any tips to help me choose between the two?
Hello, I am planning on applying for both. Degree apprenticeships do not lock you into a career as at the end you can take your degree and do something else just minus the debt and with 4+ years of work experience or if you like it you can stay in a company you already have a good relationship with and are guaranteed a job skipping the post-grad job market issues. Also within an apprenticeship you do rotations to different sectors of a company so you get real world experience of different jobs and don’t get stuck in one you don’t like. I think it gives you more long term options as you become more financially self sufficient and have more work experience giving more job options. I would suggest finding work experience with companies that offer degree apprenticeships as they often use it to advertise degree apprenticeships and you can see if you think it suits you. I am applying for both uni and degree apprenticeships in case I can get into a good uni like Cambridge or ICL or in case I decide that maybe I want the uni experience.
