university enrollment wlv

so on results day i was told i didn’t meet the requirements for my course but on ucas i was still waiting for confirmation on the same course so i couldn’t apply though clearing. i was offered a different course and was given all the clearing details but my only problem was i still hadn’t been declined nor accepted into my other course on ucas. i couldn’t withdraw from my application so i contacted the university who told me that they would handle everything and i shouldn’t do anything for a few days. after about two days i opened ucas to my course being confirmed which left me confused as i thought i was going to be rejected. i was told by my tutor that i was most likely accept thru the clearing conditions since my predicted grades and personal statement was really strong and the course is currently still in clearing. do i contact the university about this or continue waiting for the enrollment email cus september is coming in and i feel completely left in the dark with all of this at the moment.
Hello,
I assume you are still willing to progress with your chosen course? If your application has been accepted (with no further conditions) then routinely check your eVision portal or email for any University updates. Through eVision, you will receive a confirmation of the type of offer you have received. If this does not match with what was discussed with you by your tutor, contact the admissions team. On the eVision enrolment tab, a message will appear to inform you of your next steps to begin the enrolment process, although this may take 24 hours to change. If it doesn't do this, then dial the listed number to contact the admissions team to assist you.

Hope that helps!
