TLDR; people who are visual / kinetic learners (and did well in a level biology as an added bonus) what was your learning and / or revision routine like 😭😭
basically are any of you guys visual / hands-on / kinetic learners that were able to do well in a level biology? (preferably OCR but i think study trechniques are the same regardless)
i did really well at maths because it's not really a memory game bar a few formulas here and there. it's more of 'here's how you do it, now do it over and over again' but idk to me biology isn't like that. i struggle a lot with memory too actually, both short and long term are quite bad. i do know that usually i could explain and describe a concept but i wouldn't be able to give you any key words or phrases (which is what gets the marks in exams grr)
im really hesitant to make resources too because i always feel like im wasting time and it might not work, or maybe im missing something etc. and flashcards are so scary because how do i always end up with 200 flashcards for the next 3 days is that normal

i tried a method where i watched a video and tried to speak allowed to myself to check my understanding, then watched the video to check i said everything (i recorded myself talking) but then i realised that meant i didn't have any resources for future me to look back on if i ever needed it - or maybe is that good?
or do i just need to firm it and make flashcards and mind maps and just keep looking over them over and over again 😭 thank youuuu mwah 🎀
