My friend wants to do corporate law but she isn’t sure about her alevels

My friend chose Government and Politics,History and English Literature at Alevels. She got amazing grades in her GCSE’s however she isn’t sure whether she should replace English literature with buisness as she feels it may help her in corporate law. She has done some research and is aware she Dosent need buisness however she is still questioning if she should take buisness. Any one have an advice for her?
She should take subjects she enjoys. Law has no entry requirements, so it’s important to take something you like to help motivate you to study.
Keep English lit. Law degrees have no specific subject requirements but prefer essay based and traditional academic subjects, of which English lit is both. Business can be seen as a “softer” a level, especially by top unis

You would do a general Law degree, not one in 'Corporate Law' - thats a specialism at postgraduate level.
So, taking Business Studies not going to give your friend/ any advantage at all.

There are no required subjects for Law - so entry requirements will be stated as just 3 grades.
Most people find taking at least one essay-based subject useful for skills / LNAT but this is not essential, and its totally possible to do a Law degree with three science A levels. You certainly dont need to take Eng Lit, and many people find Politics, Sociology, Psychology etc a better fit.
