If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

Possibility for someone to swap to cheaper accommodation if needed, Exeter 2024

Hi!

I'm honestly not too sure how this works, it could be a complete long shot, but worth checking!

I have been given accommodation in Birks Grange Townhouses, and for a few reasons an en-suite would be far better suited to me, so, if anyone has an on campus en-suite and is needing to swap, let me know!

Otherwise, does anyone have any information on the townhouses? Anything is appreciated!

Hi, my daughter has been given Birks, en-suite catering. Went yesterday to have a look around and the townhouses look great, very modern compared to the catered blocks.

Hi garrri,

I have just spoken to a member of our accommodation team. If you happen to find someone who is more than happy to do a direct swap, you can by all means swap. You would just have to log an enquiry to our SID team online once you arrive and there is a fee of £50. However, if you would like to request a move and it is not a direct this is slightly more tricky. Our request a room swap doesn't open until October and is subject to availability/circumstance.

Hi I have a private accom en-suite that I need replacing if you’re interested it’s really close to the university campus!
