baaz GYG diary! The story of a resitter...

Hello everyone!!

I'm starting this GYG for my A levels

For context I have to resit year 12 since I couldn't meet the entry requirements to go into year 13 at my schools 6th form. I got a:
U - Psychology (asking for a remark)
E - Law
E - Sociology

I believe I can do better and starting this GYG will help me motivate me more on this journey. Now I'm doing Politics, Sociology and Law at College and I believe that this will be my redemption era and in these 2 years I will get what I aimed for an A or even an A*.

I hope you guys will be cheering me on this journey I have felt really demotivated after i got my results but discovered that this is a blessing in disguise! I'm also happy to have any study partners here which will help a lot!

I plan to update every 3-7 days since it is 11pm I'll be starting tomorrow! This can also help me get away from social media which will help me a lot in this journey! :begone:

UPDATES:

Day 1 - 3: 26/08/24-28/0824
Haven't really achieved the goals I made recently maybe because its unrealistic or I have been lazy and been sleeping a lot today but excluding that I have started on organising my notes on sociology and law from my old notebook and resources I have since its really messy... Law has been going well but sociology on the other hand will be quite long I haven't really took proper notes on sociology in class sometimes and most of the lessons we had was pretty useless we either just talk and do work we don't understand or just spend a lot of time on one topic it got to the point the students had to make their notes online.. I should've done mine earlier but i just borrowed flashcards and learnt from them! Which has been useful but unfortunately i threw it out after the AS exams but here I am back to day one.

If anyone does have advice on effective revision please let me know because i feel like im not doing enough or it doesn't feel effective enough.. maybe because i just spend few hours on the night doing this I'll change this and try to do it after I wake up for Fajr prayers! 😀
