I fillled the online application form for city, and i got an email saying ''We are delighted to be making you an academic offer to study at City, University of London, This offer is conditional, subject to checks by our Visa Compliance Team''
i filled the questionnaire given but i havent recieved any other email regarding this and its been 3 days, i have firmed my place at royal holloway, should i decline it and put city as a choice or wait?

Phone them today - yesterday was a public holiday in the UK so they will now be catching up on work,
