I know that the medicine course and nursing course is a 5 day week filled with lectures and placement and the weekends would be spent studying
But with the way they work you if your dedicated than you would recieve really good results
I am not sure if this is the same for your course

ARU Optometry first year - 3 days a week.

Second year - 3 days a week mostly, then also certain weeks with 4 days a week.

3rd year - 3 days a week

This was for the BOptom course tho idk how MOptom course is structured it likely has more days.
