Coventry University Enrollment

I've done the steps on the enrollment portal but I can't access to Aula I think the reason I'm not able to access it is that I do not have my university mail yet. On the portal, there is a section called "Access your induction through Aula," but when I click on it, an empty page appears. Is something wrong? or am I missing something? Can you guide me through this?

In addition, I do not know how to get my university email. What should I do?

Hi there,
Coventry University Student Ambassador here,
I believe you would receive your university login credentials via email, which further can be used for getting access to your aula account as well.
Moreover, regarding any IT and access (login) related issues I would highly recommend you to visit the Digital IT services available in the library. As, they provide walk in based appointments. Which I believe would enable you to easily get the best help possible with this!

I received the link to access the enrollment portal, but when I try to use the same email on the Aula platform, I get an error message saying, "This email address does not exist." Additionally, I'm using the iOS app for this process, and when I try to begin the induction through Aula on the enrollment portal, it only displays a blank page.

Hi there,

I still have not received my enrolment link for my postgraduate application. I have been chasing admissions however I have not heard from them since. Could you please advise me how long does it take to get the link and continue with enrolment?

Join the club. Cov uni are defo a shambles communications wise. How is it okay to just not respond to multiple communications that have been sent? I have no idea if I’ll be studying my masters here or not this year. As a mature student with children, I really do need to know my schedule and as I have work commitments I cannot just stop my life and be on hold to admissions for hours.
