reapplying

Hey, i wanted to make a new application as a first-year 2024-2027 but it shows that my application is a continuation instead 2023-2027, I applied to SF with a different uni before last year but it has been withdrawn due to me not ever attending so SF told me to cancel this application which they have done for me so is it too late to reapply for student finance now?

You can still apply for this entry year, but you won't get it at the start of term, unless you're really lucky. Here's the timescale link: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/sfe-current-application-timescales

i have also completed the online registration form from the uni and they asked for a student support number , I gave one that was sent to me from the 2023 withdrawn application .Is it okay that i used that number or does the number change with a new application?

You keep the same SSN number, so it's fine that you've given that to your university.
