Surrey vs York vs Swansea university?

I'm in year 13, and doing my UCAS application for unis. I want to do Biomedical Science at university, and so far have narrowed down my choices to Sheffield, Newcastle, and Northumbria (as a backup). Now for the other 2 choices I cant decide between Surrey, York, and Swansea. Any thoughts?
Go to Open Days, listen to the subject/course presentations, look around, ask questions - and decide which course matches your interests, and the Uni where you will feel happiest.

Yeah I have just booked some open days so hopefully that does help get a feel for the places.

Hi there!

100% agree with @McGinger. Check all the relevant course pages from each university. You can check Surrey's page here, where you can read all about your chosen course, as well as find student testimonies and an exciting video explaining more in-depth what you'll be involved in during your time here.

Do your best to visit each university you're considering, as being there in-person can make or break a decision. That's how I fell in love with Surrey and Guildford. The campus is beautifully green, and offers students everything needed for day-to-day activities. It's also very centrally located, being a 10-min walk from the town centre and train station. London is a 30-min train journey away, which is a massive bonus for many. You can also read the Student Life page, which shows you what it's like living here as a student.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions!
