TENANCY takeover

hello,
Just wondering, I am looking for a undergrad/postgrad student who hasn’t yet found an accommodation and would rather stay at a studio to be taking over my tenancy at Hannah Court, Matilda St,
Sheffield.

The future tenant must be student who is studying at Sheffield Hallam or uni of sheffield

I am worried that I could likely remain as liable to rent. Therefore I am URGENTLY looking for a tenant to be taking over my tenancy
