UAL deferring

My daughter has had a response from UAL saying her deferment request has been 'logged' - does this mean accepted??
She needs to cancel her accomodation but doesn't want to do this until she has firm confirmation that her place has been deferred.
It is so frustrating trying to get in touch with UAL!!
She is due to start in less than 3 weeks now!

Hi sorry if this is inconvenient, but if she is successful in deferring her year would she be willing to offer the accommodation as I am attending ual in September and am still struggling to find accommodation. Any replies would be greatly appreciated !

We have tried the same but have had no response at all. Not even ‘logged’. My daughter sent request as soon as she got her results. Where does your daughter see ‘logged’?
