Are mini fridges allowed in accommodation? If not, what about coolers which wouldn't be plugged in all the time?

I would suggest that this is something that you would need to direct to our Accommodation team directly. On the what to bring guidance (2024FICS061_A5_Moving-in_Checklist_v3.pdf (exeter.ac.uk)) it says you can have a kettle in your room but no other cooking items, so that implies not to me. In self catered accommodation you will have a shared fridge in your kitchen, and if you are in catered accommodation your room includes a mini fridge to use (as there are utility rooms for some food prep).

Can anyone tell me if you are able to pay student accomodation monthly instead of per term? I ask in reference to moving into glasney student village, Penryn campus September 2024
