Uni degrees

Which person got the highest percentage in their degree?
As in did anybody get 100 percent ever?
Harold Wilson (1916-1995) is believed to have obtained the best ever First Class degree at the University of Oxford, where he studied in the mid 1930s. He read PPE, and was awarded an "alpha" in each paper. Wilson, who was educated at a state school before Oxford, started teaching at Oxford aged 21, did important civil service jobs during WW2, became a Labour MP in 1945, and a Cabinet Minister in 1947 (aged 31). He was Prime Minister twice. His first term in office (1964 to 1970) was arguably successful and impactful. His second term (1974-76) was beset by Global problems, and his health was failing. He resigned exhausted in 1976 and took a seat in the House of Lords as Baron Wilson of Rievaulx.

Opinions about Wilson vary. I regard him as a great man and one of the UK's best Prime Ministers.
