Hi there,
Coventry University Student Ambassador here,
I would recommend you drop in to the digital IT services in the library if you are available on campus. As they are available for walk-ins appointments so you wouldn't need to book one in advance as well.
Moreover, which I believe could enable you to get this or anything IT related sorted at the earliest😊.
