As UCAS personal statements changing this coming year (2025 entry) or not?

I am getting slighty confused, keep seeing UCAS will stop Personal Statements in 2025 (and move to 3 questions format) - but others seem to think this coming year will still be using them.

Is there a definitive view?

The three questions format is just a more shaped/structured way of doing exactly the same thing that all good PSs do. If daughter has worked on some content already then this would be easily be applicable to one of the three questions.
