Mentioning a module in my personal statement that a uni I'm applying for doesn't do

I have a paragraph in my personal statement about jurisprudence (the philosophy of law), and how I would like to study this law to explore concepts in this area more and because of the intellectual challenge this area of law offers. However, one of the places I am applying for (Durham) does not offer this unit. I loved Durham when I visited, and it is high up on my list of choices, so I very much still want to apply here, however I am concerned about this paragraph potentially disadvantaging me if, for instance, it makes me look like I haven't looked into the course much. However, it is a really good paragraph in my view and I don't really want to cut it. What should I do? Will this be ok?

You'll be fine. Generally when people try to mention specific modules the unit titles are so distinct that it's obvious and I advise them to go more vague. In this case it's vague enough that all unis likely won't notice. My only thought to you is - why are you applying to Durham when they don't teach jurisprudence?

I studied law at Durham and left just over a year ago. We covered jurisprudence a little bit in first year in English Law and Legal Method. Legal philosophy was also an optional second year module and dissertation topic. Not sure if any of this has changed but I would imagine they still teach it.
