Coventry university(clearing)

I was on hold to Coventry university’s clearing hotline yesterday for 4 hours and received no answer on the clearing line, I then called back today at 8 am and was on hold for 6 hours for the call to just be cut. I don’t know what the reason may be for this but I’ve also emailed and I’ve contacted every number possible yet I still get no help. I’m trying to apply for business and finance(with foundation year) starting on the 4th November. Is anyone else experiencing this issue who is applying through clearing.
yes coventry don't seem to be very responsive I spent the best part of 5 hours today on the phone trying to get through to someone to get my enrolment link and they never answer my emails either

I'm having the same problem, no one answer the phone or the emails. I don't know if keep calling and calling or maybe a trip to the Uni will help if I can find anyone to assist.
Does anyone know another phone number maybe?

I was able to get through to them this morning and was told I need to email my qualifications to the email, I’m so happy I got through to them today because I was honestly losing all hope.
I’m going to call them back tomorrow to let them know I’ve emailed them the qualifications and I’ll be accepted. They take long to answer due to the amount of students calling during this clearing phase, they will eventually answer.

Last week Friday the calling time was 20 minutes, however due to it being a new week there could be more students calling so your best bet is to just call the university and wait on hold until your seen by one of the agents, I just emailed the admissions team email and they checked the email while I was on the phone to clearing.

I literally don’t know what to do my line keeps cutting and when i was waiting for 1hr 40ish mins i was kicked off the line and now it’s full (despite me being on the line as soon as it opened) what do i do? this is really stressing me out so can someone plz give me some advice

I felt the exact same, because I was on hold for 10 hours at one point I was so scared but you just have to keep calling them on clearing hotline some days you may be on hold for the whole day but some days you’ll only be on hold for 20 minutes to 2 hours. The first few days of the week is always the busiest due to so many students calling

How did you get accepted because I’ve been trying since last week & they are still not answering my calls and emails and uni starts soon😭

Keep calling +44 24 7688 8888 this number the hold time will of course be long but it’s due to the amount of students calling to get a place on clearing. Some days you may not get an answer or some days they’ll answer in 20-30mins
