Should i do alevel physics?

I really want to do a level physics but i only got a 6. I have the option to do it as a 6 is the entry requirement. But people are saying its really hard. Im willing to put the work in but i honestly dont know if i should.
Im taking chemistry and maths which i got 7 and 8 in .

Hi
I'm doing Chemistry and Maths for A-level and I decided not to take physics as well because I didn't think I'd enjoy it, but if you are prepared to put the work in (a levels are a lot of work!) and you're interested in it, then go for it!

Hi!

I did all 3 sciences for my A levels and ended up with an A for physics. The way that it is taught is different to GCSE so you may end up having a better understanding of it. I chose physics over maths as I found it more interesting and really enjoyed the particle+medical physics and cosmology+astrophysics topics, so if you have topics that can excite you then you should be able to stay motivated and get better understanding of topics.
Doing maths as well will help you as most of the maths part of physics is 2D vectors, which you should do in your maths classes.

Look through the spec and see if the topics interest you. Watch some YouTube videos of students who’ve taken it and see if you can relate to anything they say about their interest, challenges, strengths etc

I got an A in a level physics and a 9 in GCSE, and i personally wouldnt do it with a 6. Physics in my opinion is the hardest a level by far (I got an A* in both maths and further maths). The jump from GCSE to A level is massive. However, if you put the work in like you said, you can achieve a good grade.
