Comptia a+ worth it or not?

Is the comptia a+ certification worth doing or not? What are the pros and cons. I graduated nearly a year and a half ago, I want to gain a job in IT Support or as a IT Technician but I have no working experience within computing or IT. I’ve studied IT in my GCSEs, A-Levels and then in my Degree.
