Im so sorry its not ideal from October I understand, and if you are willing to take it over we can see if there is any way to work around it

Hi, I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from October at Felda House in Wembley. Unfortunately I cannot do it earlier as I am due to pay the first installment very soon. It is 260 per week. It is a standard en-suite double room. Has free gym and pool facilities. It is very close to central London and very close to the underground tube station. Let me know under this if you'd like to take over or private message me. I know it's not ideal that its from the beginning of October but it is only for the first month that I have to pay the first installment and I fear it is too late as of now. I am also willing if youd like to move in later than October, just anyone please let me know. I know it is hectic currently trying to find accommodation
