19 no qualifications or job experience what do i do?

Just been at home for 4 years not doing anything worthwhile. I can just feel my life going downwards from here, just need advice i have nothing i really want to do.

Haven’t got any experience in this area, this is just what I’d do. I’d have a look at some volunteering I could do in the local area, like animal care, working in a charity shop or maybe looking after the elderly. It won’t be paid, but it’ll get you some experience and a reference. After that, you could either ask the management at wherever you’re volunteering if they have any paid roles available, or apply elsewhere and describe the skills your volunteering has given you.
For qualifications, you could always access free courses online for transferable skills like IT or languages to bulk out a CV.
