SOLD tenancy replacement

As title says! I’m offering this accommodation at a discount, for £125 per week instead of the usual £131 per week, meaning you save £6 per week. The room is a classic en-suite and I can offer the accommodation contract for a minimum of one term/semester which is from 20th September to 12th January, but if you need it for the whole year (until 21 June) I can also offer that!

Great location for students studying in business school, comp sci on Jubilee or any other park campus course like engineering and social sciences due to direct uni bus, great transportation links to any UON UK campus, grocery stores, restaurants and takeaways. Comes with UON gym membership for the whole year which usually costs £250 if you want to use the gym whilst being a private accommodation resident. Also comes with access to common rooms, in-house gym, the atrium whilst it’s open, and much more I can’t remember lol

I can negotiate the price as this is desperate, thanks. Reason for posting is that I’m going away for the first term for a semester abroad and don’t need this accommodation for that time, and could seek different accommodation when I’m back in the UK, reasoning why I can offer this accommodation from 1 term to the whole year.
