How big is the difficulty jump from GCSE to A level? I know that's hard to quantify. Are they twice as hard as GCSEs or even harder than that? Also, if you know, how hard is further maths A level compared to maths GCSE and maths A level? Thanks
twice as hard seems abt accurate. not sure abt further maths

It tends to vary between subjects, as someone about to start year 13, I feel some people exaggerate how hard they are, yes they are harder but the beginning topics are easier anyway and very similar to gcses. Personally I'm not finding content hard but instead the amount of work is ALOT more. I'm also taking further maths, it's not terrible, it's just alot of maths... as expected lol. It just builds on what you learn at normal A-level (at least for edexcel)
