I’m entering year 12 and I’m wondering if psychology sociology and economics can get me to do medicine in a really good university like kings college or UCL as I’m unable to do maths or any sciences and it’s my ultimate dream to become a doctor.

Medicine requires chemistry everywhere and biology almost everywhere. The answer to your question no. You wouldn't just not get into "really good universities", you wouldn't get into any university. Why can't you do any sciences?

I don’t meet the requirements so I was hoping that I could do a foundation year at university

Poor GCSES? Did they reflect your ability in sciences? If they did, you might not be cut out for medicine, which is a very difficult and scientific course. Nevertheless, if you are dead set on medicine, then look at which unis offer foundation years and if you meet the criteria to be eligible for them.

If u want to become a doctor, you have to do science a levels. If ur gcses weren’t good enough, I’d advise you to ask your teachers if you can still take science.
My sixth form had a subject suitability test which meant anyone could do any course, however if they failed the test, they would have to change courses. Your sixth form might also do the same, it’s best to just talk to them, because you’d be unable to become a doctor without the alevels.
If you can do biology instead of one of those subjects you could get onto nursing, diagnostic radiography, paramedics etc and then transfer to med afterwards

Folk who don't get good enough GCSEs to even attempt science A levels are not cut out for Medicine. Find something else to do that doesn't involve science - Job profiles | Prospects.ac.uk

Do you have any idea what degrees Grad Medicine requires - or an awareness that its even more insanely competitive than standard entry Medicine?
What were your grades in science? If they’re 1 grade below can you do a trial period? You can get into medicine with bio and psychology but it depends what med school. Kings and UCL want bio/chem a levels but you could always do a foundation year. Or could you sit them privately? You could try grad-entry medicine and you can transfer after the first year in kings if you’re doing degrees like science and do well in your exams
