If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

Univesity of east london

im about to enroll into the univesity of east london for pharmacology since its the only university allowing me to do it with my poor grades, i also got an offer from westminister to do biomedical science, the reviews are awful for east london and my plan is to do medicine with an undergraduate degree.

It might be worth questioning why you are focused on subjects that are going to be over subscribed by currently better learners at better universities than you are currently planning on.

Maybe consider whether these years are best spent on something that is likely not to generate work you want and listen to those grades and ask if you are actually ready for this right now?
Critically reflect on why you want to spend your effort on a course you are already concerned about then how can you approach this from a better position that generates results that are better for you in the end.

Rushing into the wrong qualification at the wrong institution can prove troublesome down the line.

In all honesty, if the reviews are awful and you're banking on doing well enough on the back of this degree to get into graduate entry medicine, it's unlikely that you will do well enough there to get onto GEM.
You'd be better off thinking of an alternative career and study that, or study pharmacology at a university that gets better reviews, or one that also offers graduate entry medicine so you have a foot in the door there already (should you actually do really well in your degree)
