Teesside - 1 room accommodation - looking for housemate

Hello, I’m a 3rd year student looking for a housemate, I am currently sharing my accommodation with a friend (both female) and we are looking for a third housemate.
We are 1 minute away from campus and the house is cozy, rent is £95 a week.
A bit about us:
I am a game design student and my friend is a concept artist, we’re both very nerdy and love games but we also love socializing and going out when we can. We love a joke and have a friendly environment in our home.
