Nursing Occupational Health & Autism

I have an occupational health assessment in a week or so. I’m diagnosed ASD and i do struggle a lot with the social side of it. I have an offer for a children’s nursing course, but i’m worried that OH won’t clear me because of the ASD and the history of struggling socially?
Has anyone else had issues with this, or experienced it? I have been given an appointment with a doctor rather than a OH practitioner also.
