UAL: Waiting 2+ weeks for enrolment and no invite for welcome day

Hey there,

I'm going to be taking the foundation year at UAL Lime Grove in a few weeks and I'm struggling to get through to them regarding my enrolment.

I submitted all my relevant exam results as soon as I got them on the 15th, we're almost in September and I'm getting worried at not hearing anything from them.
I tried emailing UAL but I got a canned response telling me to wait. Emailed them again about a week later but didn't get a response. I tried calling the Lime Grove number but it's not even recognised

I'm also quite worried about the welcome day invites, as they were supposed to go out at 'the end of august' and tomorrow's the last day of August

Is there anyone else trying to enrol (or who has previously enrolled) experiencing this? I'm disappointed and expected the communication to be much better

I’m having the exact same issue, my uploaded A-Level results haven’t even been accepted yet and all I’ve gotten was a general email telling me to wait.

im also in the same situation, going to be in my first year at UAL LCC in a few weeks, but no updates about my enrolment

Same. I submitted my results the second I got home from results day. It says they “accepted” the documents on the 24th, yet still no enrolment email or invite to the welcome event. Other people I know have gotten one.

A person I know who finished the foundation course this year said to keep waiting because UAL has notoriously bad administration. They advised only to start panicking if it’s a week before we are meant to start.

I’m going to wait until the 3rd of September before I start trying to contact them. Hopefully they respond soon but it’s been incredibly stressful so I feel you.

same. except i took a year off (meaning i took all my exams LAST YEAR) so i uploaded all my results on the ual portal MONTHS AGO as soon as i got my conditional offer. and they stilllll haven't sent me my enrollment letter 🥲 i'm literally moving into my accom in less than 2 weeks

Did you get any reply - it's starting tomorrow isn't it and I haven't had my email yet

Hello - did you actually receive an email to enrol? I've had all my results accepted etc but no email enabling me to enrol. It's very late in the day.....

Hello , I’m in the same predicament where I still haven’t received an email for me to enroll, I sent out an email asking this and the university reached back with making a ual account which I already made. I haven’t enrolled, made my student id with being in my accom for a few days now.
