Is a course change possible at Warwick?

I am about to start a maths course at Warwick - Just maths, G100. I got in with A*A*A*A* achieved, but I am considering trying to switch to Warwick's Mathematics and Statistics course, GG13. My future goals are to try and get into a Quant research / dev job. Is maths and stats significantly better for quant job prospects than just maths? If so, is it possible to change course?

I was at the open day on Saturday and asked that question. The answer was that as they are two different faculties it is very difficult. But worth contacting the university directly.

You should look into MORSE. It has the maths stats and coding good for quant
