Havent recieved my enrolment email !!! Ual lcc

so i'm supposed to be attending my first year in UAL London College of Communication doing Graphic and Media Design but I haven't yet received an enrolment email in the past 10 days now, i've tried calling and emailing but the responses I get don't get far... I was wondering if anyone is in the same situation I am in right now

UAL is notoriously chaotic at any form of admissions admin.
It will only get worse once you are a student.

I've applied to another Uni and I'm in a similar situation ☹️ they are taking a while to look at my application

I'm in the same situation but with lau (leeds art uni) the deadline for enrolment is on Sunday the 8th and I haven't gotten any responses either

Same situation with my Uni- was supposed to get my enrolment email a couple weeks ago- nothing- did get an email yesterday reminding me to enrol as time is running tight- but of course can't do it without that original enrolment email! I have emailed 5 different departments and made 4 phone calls over the last 2 weeks- starting to wonder about this Uni.
