Is there any way to do a fast track A-Level course and get predicted grades?

I completely messed up my A-Levels this year, got CCE when I had a predicted of AAB. I need to retake them to get into any university but my college won't let me retake them due to not having any "extenuating circumstances" so I'm forced to go private. Only issue is, all fast track (1 year, so I retake next summer) courses don't seem to come with predicted grades, and that's only a thing that 2 year courses, the regular ones, have. If I don't get these predicted grades though, I'll be out of university for 2 years. I didn't even want to take a gap year in the first place so having to go for 2 years out of education is not an option and I'd rather never go to university than take that option.

Is there any way you can take A-Levels privately, do them the next summer, all while getting predicted grades to throw on UCAS for university applications? I'm at my wit's end, I can't seem to find any courses that do this at all.

Yes you can. I’m not sure what area you live in but in London there are some colleges that let you do intensive A levels like Westminster Kingsway
