Student finance help!
I’m in a bit of a pickle. I unfortunately left uninin 2021 due to bad mental health. Student Finance England have said they have overpaid me £6000 ish in overpayments and didn’t hear anything about it until after it had been passed on. I would like obtain a part time loan to carry on my degree. Would this impact my application?

Hi there, you can still apply for a part time application (if you don't hold a qualification). Regarding the overpayment, have you set up a payment plan for this? Any maintenance loan offered when starting your new course will be reduced while we try to claw back your overpayment. Thanks, Jason
