Time management for the TSA

I've been doing some TSA past papers in timed conditions and I've noticed that near to the end my energy really starts to run out and I end up making a bunch of silly mistakes, like its a noticeable difference in the marks I get in the first half of the paper compared to the second.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice about keeping my energy up and staying focused. I have rest breaks in my exams so any ideas about what I can do during those will be greatly appreciated

I could write about the health benefits of a clean food diet, but what works for one person may not work for another.
My recommendation is that you speak to a professional nutritionist about the best foods and diet to boost energy. If you're vegetarian or vegan maybe check whether you're getting enough vit B12.
