Yes, it is covered in Chapter 6 Circles AS (Edexcel)

I've never had to use circle theorems in A level. The circle chapter that the other commenter mentioned is just about the equations of circles and tangents, and we don't really use those theorems from GCSE.

Do we? I’ve just finished my A-levels and not once have we used anything like Alternate Segment theorem or even anything like Loci.

You need to know angle in a semi-circle for some questions ditto tangent proprties.
