Still no confirmation of room?

Hi I'm an incoming exchange student to durham and have been preliminarily allocated Hatfield as my membership. Some other students have got their license agreements already and I haven't, should I be worried? I contacted them but to no response, and I'm scared they wont send it in time for me to book a flight ticketasap.

All colleges are in the process of sending out license agreements to students so if you have received a welcome email from Hatfield confirming that it will be your college, you will surely be sent out a license agreement soon too.
I have actually just rang Hatfield and the representative told me that they are planning on sending out all agreements by 5 pm (UK time) today (30th August). They also told me that the move in date for Hatfield is 29th September, so with that in mind, I hope there's nothing to prevent you from booking a flight ticket now

That's strange! After results day on 15th August, did you receive a welcome email from Hatfield confirming that it will be your college?

Nope, since I’m on exchange to Durham, I just recieved an email from the college undergrad email saying that Hatfield was my college for membership around 2 months ago and that I would be contacted about accommodation later. A bit scared because they’re not responding now and they said that accommodation was guaranteed for non-european exchange students 😅
