How can I get my Student Support Number over the phone?

I have had a lot of troubles with my student finance application, which I am still undergoing, but I need my Student Support Number to register at my university. I have not received a letter from SFE yet, and have checked my inbox on the website to double check. I have also called up both my university and SFE themselves to try and get my SSN, with the university just telling me to call SFE and SFE's automated system not supplying me with anything that helps me. I don't know what else to do. Can someone help me please?

If you call us on 0300 100 0607 or use the live chat in your account (using any option), this will put you through to an adviser to further assist. Thanks, Jason

Hi,

If I was to go through the call line again, what steps should I take to get to the result that I need? I have called numerous times today and gotten nowhere with the automated system. Also, how can I access the live chat, as I have looked through my account numerous times, too, and cannot seem to find anything that relates to a live chat feature?

Any option on the automated server will put you through to an adviser to further assist. To access our live chat service select undergraduate and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Thanks, Jason
