Accommodation @ Chester uni

Hi, does anyone know when accommodation gets confirmed if you apply late? I applied a few days ago but since we start soon i’m eager to know where i’ll be..

Also can you have people stay in your accom for a night?

Thanks!

I'm not sure about the first question, but I can answer the second! I read on my accommodation guide that at least in my house (Grosvenor) you can have people in your room for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights (they cannot be under 18). You need to check in with your RA and record them in a book.

Great thank you! I’m still waiting to hear from accommodation but hopefully mine is the same

Hi @rhealouise27

Congratulations on your offer! 🥳

The information you have received below is correct regarding having guests stay in your accommodation with you.

Our accommodation team are working as quickly as possible to assign rooms as and when students receive their offers. Please bear with them for a couple of days and if you haven't heard anything by the end of this week we'd recommend contacting the them directly via email - [email protected] or phone - 01244 513000.

Hope this helps!

Best wishes,
Becky
