REPLACEMENT TENANT: Student accomodation in wembley, london for 2024-2025 (270pw)

Hi! I have a place at Gobritanya’s Wembley residence (it was recommended by UCL). The residence is called Sterling Court and the address is West London: Zone 4, 6 Lakeside Way HA9 0BU. The dates are from 7 September 2024 - 12 July 2025. The room was originally 315pw but I’m happy to do for just 270pw as I need it gone ASAP. I’m giving it up bc after receiving my appealed exam grades, im no longer going to UCL, and instead going to Imperial College. The transport is unfavourable as it’s an hour 1 way.
