Do I need Doctoral loan course code?

Hi,
I'm applying for a doctoral loan. As far as I'm aware I don't have a course code. Can I leave that box on the SFE form blank? If not, how can I find the course code? I asked my college and they didn't know.

Hi there,

Is this for the 2024/25 academic year? What is the full name of the course, what university will you attend and what is the course duration?

Yes, 2024/25 academic year. My offer documentation just says PhD. The subject is Theology. I'll be studying at Cliff College, validated by University of Manchester. It's the traditional PhD (not the professional doctorate, which is PhD Missiology) For my first year I will be part time, so expected duration is 6-8 years, (I will be switching to full-time from year 2, so the actual duration is expected to be 3-4 years, but I realise that this year will simply be treated as if I plan to continue part-time).
