The main difference between a sales advisor and a sales assistant is that a sales advisor has more authority and typically has more experience in sales. A sales advisor is responsible for developing relationships with customers, assessing their needs, and making recommendations for products or services.
Most people won't have extra at a young age when they are applying for jobs in retail etc but you don't really need any experience ( if any it does help you but not necessarily).
Qualifications don't matter as they are looking for someone who's capable of doing the job of those.
Best one for you would be getting a job as a customer assistant/advisor in a supermarket ☺️ ☺️.
