I'm looking for a replacement tenant who can occupy my booked room at this place called Merchant Studio (4.5🌟) in Glasgow.
The room type is Studio bronze on 2nd floor (available to dual occupants with additional £25/week), this room type has Double bed, Underbed storage, wardrobe, personal study space with desk and chair. Self-contained kitchen and bathroom
The place has amazing upgraded social spaces, featuring new on-site gym with 24/7 resident access. The bright and spacious communal lounge in Merchant Studios is the perfect place to kick-back and relax after a long day of classes. Merchant Studios residents can take time to chill in their own communal courtyard and very own study room when living at Merchant Studios, the best place to get your head into projects or coursework. They also offer contents insurance to make sure that your items are protected, as well as staff on site to help you during your stay with merchant studio 24/7
The contract length is 51 weeks with £264/week (Choose to pay monthly, termly or annually). All kind of bills are included in this price.
