Printer on DSA

Hi,
So during my DSA assessment I mentioned that due to my condition I do print a lot. They awarded me £100 a year for ink and paper.

at the time of my assessment i had a working printer so didn't need one on DSA.

However now my printer is unfortunately no longer working. As my DSA report has already been approved and i have received my DSA Entitlement letter is it too late to get one on DSA or would i still be eligible based on the change of circumstance.

Hi,

During my assessment I was told that should my current laptop stop working all I'd have to do is contact them (study tech) and they would send a request to DSA for funding for it. I assume it'd be the same situation with a printer so I suggest you contact your supplier company.

Thank you for that info. I wasn't sure if i had to contact StudyTech or DSA Finance team. I will get in touch with Study Tech.
