You can ask your last school / college if you can apply through their UCAS portal even of you ae on a gap year most will be happy for you to do this. This means they can more easily add your reference, and possibly new predicted grades. Just email/phone your Head of Sixth or similar and ask - they will then send you the UCAS buzzword that gives you access to their UCAS portal.
