hello I have a question, if I was to get maintenance and tuition funding for my degree in second year could I also apply for an advance Lerner fund whilst being on the degree because I want to change degrees but don't have all the qualifications?

Yes you can get funding for an Advanced Learner Loan as well as Undergraduate funding at the same time.
