I would advise you get your sponsors to complete a PFF2 form which can be uploaded from your online account. You can get the form from the Gov.UK website. Do you still live at the parental home?

I would get your parents to complete the PFF2 form and attach a a cover letter explaining you have made a mistake on your application and you have never been married and you are single.

Would I have to do this by post? When I click the 'Upload supporting evidence' button it doesn't allow me to add anything so how would I upload this PFF2 form online?

For the cover letter is it a document you can make from scratch (such as a word document) or do I need to get a specific preset from the Gov.UK website?

Hi there,

It can be a hand written letter or on a word document. You should include your full name, customer reference number and it should be signed & dated.
