hows rs going? not many of my friends do it but i honestly quite enjoy it

rs is compulsory in my skl... im doing the aqa a christianity and islam, and tbf it isnt too bad as long as u know the key beliefs+practices and make ur evidence rly clear among ur explanation, idrk much quotes tho im not good at memorising so im worried how the gcses will go for that. The mocks were peak bc my skl missed out half the paper so we had to do the other half in lesson 😂 got g7 for it but usually get higher as i have a nice teacherr - wbu how do u find it?

yeah same we're doing aqa christianity and islam, i get you about the quotes tho haha basically all i know is 'love your neighbour' which you can use in anything lol. i managed to get a 9 in the exams for end of yr10, but idk how the actual gcse will go because the grade boundaries are so high compared to other subjects 😭

woww conrgrats on ur 9! I havent got any 9s yet, so many things happened during mock szn which meant i got significantly lower than i wouldve in many subjects, had the fmaths gcse, they cut off the time halfway and in history i didnt finish the paper and got 4/16 in the 16 marker 😢 but hope to not let that repeat in november. How did u get around revising for the mocks?

thanks! and dw i understand abt how loads of things go on which disrupt exam seasons (im sure youll get the 9s you deserve during the actual exams 🙃). honestly i dont have a proper revision strat, im a severe procrastinator and really struggle with concentrating on things, which lead to me staying up till like 12 and then waking up at 5 during exam weeks (pls dont do that i nearly fell asleep during my latin exam 😭). i mostly rely on my short-term memory and cramming the night before, but hopefully i'll be able to change that for y11 mocks and develop a proper revision method that works

i rly do hope so -_- i just feel bad comparing myself to others who got wayy better than me in the mocks and idk if theres gonna be enough time to improve my grades significantly to my high standards of myself 😒 but we move ig. igu, sleep schedule too during mocks , want to get into a perfect routine for y11 where having breaks and doing work is optimally balanced... and not doing anything last minute ofc 😂 soz this was a bit of a ramble
