Law at Uni

I want to study law at either
Univeristy of Birmingham or manchester or nottingham or liverpool or exeter or leeds or sheffield or leicester

I couldnt get into 3 a levels but my college let me do
Btec in sport and physical activity worth 2 A levels

And A-Level Politics

If I get the top grades for my BTEC and A level would those unis accept me

Please check the websites of the universities you mention. You may find it difficult to obtain a place to study law at those universities, because you would usually need three A levels or equivalent in rigorous academic subjects.
