Hey everyone it has been a while. How many days/hours do you train a week?

I train at least 4-5 hours a day 6 days a week for the past few months

How about you guys?

That seems excessive, your body has no recovery time.

4-5 hours a day? What are you doing that takes so much time? Competitive walking?

No one with any life outside the gym has time for that.

No one (natural) can train hard for that long.

Assuming this is referring to lifting of course. It might be possible if this was competitive eating.
